I also agree to abide by the Campus Church children’s ministry policies and procedures, will read all assigned handbooks or manuals, and will attend all children’s ministry training sessions and meetings. As a volunteer, I submit myself to the leadership of the church and do joyfully support the mission and purpose of Campus Church. I have read and fully understand and agree to adhere to the Campus Church Articles of Faith.
By submitting this application, I hereby grant permission to Campus Church, Inc. to use photographs and/or video of me taken during my time as a volunteer in printed materials, news releases, online, and in other communications related to the mission of Campus Church, Inc. I understand I will receive no compensation for the use of any photo or video of me.
